At Maison Rogue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and tagged items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
